This property is old and needs to be updated. Most days we left the do not disturb sign on the door but the one day we left off, no one made the bed or gave us fresh towels. When we went to the front desk to get towels we were handed a “wad” of towels - unfolded - I’m not sure how they knew what they gave us, just a guess! Will not stay here again!

Higher expectations but basics were met

Hotel needed some upgrades. Water pressure was not good. We were an extended stay and our keys kept expiring so we had to go to front desk multiple times to get fixed. Housekeeping had to be requested and when they did come in our beds were never made. Breakfast was good and front desk staff was friendly.

Convenient and comfortable

The hotel and room were just as I expected, convenient and comfortable. The continental breakfast was better than I expected (it is spread out in different areas, so make sure you look around so you don’t miss anything). My one complaint was noisy neighbors who arrived around 3 am and were talking loudly and letting their door slam several times (which shook everything in my adjacent room).

We enjoyed and were satisfied with our stay at comfort inn/okemos, mi. We noticed the bottom of our feet became dirty after walking barefoot on carpet in room 129 after showering. That would be the only negative we encountered. We loved the offering of breakfast buffet. The employee staff was excellent! We will stay again!

We stay at this particular hotel whenever we are in the area. It's reasonably priced, the staff are kind and helpful, and it's a good location for our needs. The breakfast is decent with several options. We'll likely stay there again in the future.

I reserved a king room, but upon check in I was informed my room was given away, even with reservation. I was offered a double bed room or is sister hotel had anything available. The room had a terrible noice every half hour from AC unit. I wasn’t even offered a discount or refund. Will not be back.

Three day getaway in East Lansing "Okemos" Michiga

The hotel is in a quiet location. Check-in and out was hassle free. There were restaurants nearby. There were no weird smells in the hotel.
