Nice, clean, convenient. Maybe just slightly on the worn side but not much and the price more than makes up for it. The free hot breakfast options were limited to eggs, sausage and waffles but all were good and plentiful. The area seemed to be safe and has a few dining options. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. It's a good bargain for the price. I've got a kid who's a freshman at MSU, so I'll be back.

Decent for a football weekend, especially with a light and sufficient breakfast included. Kind staff. Rooms were decent, 7 out of 10 in cleanliness. Easy checkin. Would go back for another weekend.

1970s handicap room

whether this was the last room available or not, this room should be upgraded, and not let out until then. the handicap accessible bathroom had a shower with no lip to prevent water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom. The whole bathroom floor was wet. The huge shower bench was very old design having rust and black filth around it (mold?) There was Calking of different colors around the showers most likely added shower tiles up the walls of the bathroom. The heat could not be controlled and was loud. The light /fan also loud.

low rating due to cleanliness. Sheets with old blood and urine stains, Hunks of dried chili(?)down the side of the dresser and the bathroom had dirty toilet and sink. All front desk personnel were kind and helpful
