The breakfast was great!!! The pool and hot tub great!!! Room was great!! Second shift front desk staff terrible. Terrible attitude. Terrible welcome. Almost as if we were interrupting her night. She was very unpleasant. Kindness and understanding go a long way and she had neither.

The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower and sink. The breakfast area was clean as well. We had pleasant interactions with the staff with the exception of one person. The only complaint would be the carpets, they were very old and not well maintained in the hallways and common areas, not vacuumed in quite some time.

All of our previous stays here have been in remodeled rooms. This stay was in a room that clearly has not been remodeled as the carpet was old and dirty. It was disappponting.

I arrived an hour and a half early and staff was able to accommodate early check in at no extra cost. The hot water is AMAZING. The towels are nice and big. Desk for work was large and the chair comfortable. The hallway smelled like dog pee sometimes but other than that - it was a great stay and would definitely stay again. Oh and the complimentary pancakes were delicious!
