Just wasn’t what we’re used to. Very noisy. Sheets weren’t comfortable. Lobby didn’t have much available. Staff was very nice, but definitely below average stay.

We checked in on Saturday afternoon and then went to dinner. Upon return to hotel at approx 8:30pm, there was no hot water to take a shower. I had to walk down to the front desk in my pajamas as the phone on our room did not work. The receptionist actually came up to our room and turned on the water; it was still barely warm. We were told “sorry, we are at full capacity and everyone must be showering at the same time, to wait 30 mins and try again”. We waited and still no hot water. I was told it was being reported to a manager and I would receive a call back. This did not happen. I stopped at the front desk several times before we checked out and again was told “I’m sorry”. While the appreciate the apology, nothing was done to make this right. Basically, the hotel ran out of hot water. We were tired and cold from the snow storm and unable to take a hot shower.

Staff was nice. Bed was comfy and the room looked clean. The room had a stale smell. The lighting in the room is not good. There was a light that didn't work in the shower. Breakfast was not good- options were very lacking.
