The staff was very friendly and the room was clean but dingy. The carpets and lighting were very drab. Bed was quite comfortable. The side door had a sign that said it was locked 24/7 however it was always open, even when we arrived late at night. This was a little concerning.

Cleaners called way too early in the morning to clean your room and then never returned ! Only when we mentioned it on day 3 did the cleaner call later and did the room - the rooms are quite dark and hide the dust! Breakfast was very basic - more of an after thought. Otherwise reception staff pleasant and tried to help

Only one way out of hotel, u must turn right. We had a toilet issue, and absolutely nothing was done all day, when returning and telling front desk, it was clear they were doing nothing. I then demanded another room. This rooms fire alarm was disconnected, and room was dull and outdated, furniture old and worn.

Area very loud by major road at night! Hotel is very very dated!!! Furniture looks like it’s fixing to fall apart, it’s so old! Mattress in room felt like I was sleeping on the floor, it was so hard. It would have been nice if they had fresh fruit such as bananas, oranges, or apples for breakfast.
