Everything was good except people in 312/314 Thursday night. Ours was not the only complaint Friday morning & the desk person did say they’d check into it because were weren’t the only ones saying someth8g. New group are over the weekend so whoever was on floor 3&4 with young kids let them run, wrestle, scream very early a.m.

Everything about the place was very good but when I called the front desk about the extreme noise coming from the room above me nothing was done about it. After another half hour I went to the front desk and mentioned it again. They called the room and asked for the noise to cease and were assured it would stop immediately but it didn't stop for another 20. I was also disappointed that the price of my room doubled from Thursday to Friday night. Likewise they would not add points to my rewards card.

Pleasant stay in Mount Joy, PA

Had one of the best breakfasts that I’ve ever had in a hotel. Plenty of choices of hot and cold foods. Plenty of healthy choices as well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Noise levels were low and staff was friendly. Overall a pleasant stay. Would definitely return to this hotel.
