The hotel was nice. If I stayed here again I would maybe ask to be put on the 2nd floor or away from the lobby because the other guests were extremely loud in the morning. Something maybe the lobby desk should consider asking guests to be mindful of others.

Hotel is dated, but it is charming. Could use some general upkeep. My GPS took me to the back parking lot, and the lobby is on the 2nd floor so check-in was a bit of a maze. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful! He even gave me a map that showed parking, the floors, and the restaurant lay out. Bed was comfortable. AC was cold but was loud and rattled throughout the night. Overall the hotel was very quiet even with a restaurant and theatre next to it. Convenient location for everything in the area. Hotel gym was lacking. One weight machine was broke. No free weights and the cardio equipment looked at least a decade or two old.

I had requested a ADA accessible room and did not get it. The staff was unprofessional. My Brother and Mom could even barely fit their walkers into the bathroom. When we tried to discuss it, the staff just shrugged it off . We were very disappointed.

They had a basement level with rooms next to the landury room and when we got to our room it wasn't cleaned. The beds wernt made and the dirty towels were on the floor. I didnt go in the room just opened the door and we were done. We handed i. Our room keys and rented a room at a different hotel.
