Condo is on the third floor and elevator is for residence only. Be prepared to use stairs every time you want to go out.States private beach but it is only a fenced in sandy yard. You just have to leave the yard to access the beach. Beautiful view from balcony to watch the sun set.If you plan on cooking meals, there is limited pots pans, none big enough to cook for our group of 7 except in small batches. Bedside lights have no bulbs, no shampoo or soap or wash cloths provided.For the cost of the rental, some of these items could be included as well as other homey touches.Nice place overall, just lacking in some areas.
