Updated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom year round cottage featuring a huge wrap around deck in the canopy of the oak trees equipped with plenty of seating and a large bbq perfect for entertaining. The cottage offers privacy and is only approx 300 feet to private sun beach in Southcott Pines famous for world class sunsets. The backyard offers lots of space for kids to play , an outdoor shower and a fire pit area with muskoka chair seating. On-site laundry is also included.
