The space

The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area forms the heart of the home - bright, connected, and designed for real togetherness. The large kitchen island doubles as a gathering spot while meals are being prepared, and the dining table brings everyone together for shared dinners. The layout flows naturally from the kitchen to the living area, where the TV and comfortable seating make for easy movie nights or wind-down evenings after a full day.



Sleeping arrangements

The home sleeps 8 across four bedrooms. The primary suite features a king bed with an ensuite bath - a calm, private retreat at the end of the day. Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is set up with twin-over-twin bunk beds, well-suited for younger guests or anyone who needs flexible sleeping arrangements. Three full bathrooms mean mornings stay stress-free, even with a full house.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook properly - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and cooking basics including pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes and silverware are provided, so there's nothing to source or borrow. Pull up a stool at the island for a casual breakfast, or set the dining table for a proper family dinner.



Outdoor living

The screened lanai is where this home earns its place. Step outside to find a private in-ground pool and an attached spa - note that the spa is not heated. The covered patio offers comfortable seating and an outdoor dining area for al fresco meals, and the screened enclosure keeps the space comfortable throughout your stay without worrying about the elements.



Work & everyday living

A dedicated workspace and reliable Wi-Fi make this home a natural fit for remote work or longer visits. The single-level layout means no stairs throughout - a practical detail that matters for groups with young children or guests who prefer step-free access. Getting Around:

A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area. The home offers driveway parking and easy access to major roadways connecting Lakeland to Tampa, Orlando and surrounding attractions.



Lakeland’s central location makes it a convenient base for exploring both coasts while returning to a relaxed residential setting.

Security Deposit or Damage Waiver (Required)

Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

$500 refundable security deposit, or

$22 per night nonrefundable damage waiver (capped per stay)



This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.

Age Requirement & ID Verification

Primary guest must be 26+.



All guests 18+ must complete ID verification prior to check-in. Verification includes government-issued ID, selfie verification and signing our rental agreement and house rules in the Guest Portal. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation without refund.

Mid-Stay Cleaning

• $200 cleaning reset for extended stays (includes refresh cleaning, trash removal and fresh linens)
