We felt unsafe and left the next morning. If we had other options, we would have canceled as soon as we checked out our room. Smelled horrible, dingy, two access doors with cheap toggle locks, dirty comforters full of holes. Loud noises all night and unlit, unsafe patio our room. I can’t believe they qualify as a choice for hotels.com. I’ve asked for my money back, but have heard nothing from Hotels.com.

The staff were friendly and helpful but as soon as you walk into the front office the smell of mold hits you instantly the couches in the lobby are filthy. Then when we got in our room there was wallpaper missing red stains on the carpet and holes in the wall. The toilet wasn’t even bolted down was extremely wobbly and there was rust in the bathroom

This is an older property that is in need of updating. Which is likely why the price is lower than some others in the area. However, it is clean, pest free, and the staff are personable. Many hotels and motels in the area have serious roach problems, but not Best Motel. So a good choice if you're on a budget, and want a clean, friendly stay.
