i’ve been here a few times— and i was happy to see they were under new ownership & had some updated photos of nice, clean rooms. unfortunately, the room we were given was one of the older ones. all the sheets we were given contained holes. there was cigarette burns on the mattress cover. the blankets smelled not great. worst of all, my biggest issue, the floor was filthy. i don’t think they’ve ever actually cleaned them with a mop. walking around would instantly make the bottom of your feet filthy. i ended up bringing my own sheets anyway, so the bed issue was fixable— but they need to invest in better cleaning services. no one should be grossed out by the sheets they sleep in or the dirty floor while on vacation. other than that, miguel was very kind and helpful with assisting us!! the new manager is also very friendly.

Check in after 5, they leave a lock case on your room door. Hopefully, if you have this, the lock case will operate correctly. If not, good luck trying to reach management. Also, some deal to protect children from scalding that was built into the shower knob was faulty and could not turn off the shower.

Very nice property, staff and good value. Includes nice little breakfast and easy walk to intracoastal parks. Jessica at front desk is a heart warming person. Pleasantly surprised with the nice pool setup and relaxing dolphin fountain. Only problem was something happened with the pool and it was closed for an extended period. Other than that the stay was very pleasant.
