The room was newly renovated which was great. However with the new amenities, it seems as though things were forgotten. Miguel as attentive in any and all issues, again which was great. However, even after an attempt to fix the issue, we had no hot water.

There was nothing for breakfast just a few pieces of bread and couple of bagel with jelly and some juice not even proper sugar for the coffe nor did they have any other milk for any other except whole milk which not everyone drinks of which had to be requested the bathrooms are literally a cubicle not even enough to move around while showering it was just a small showering cubicle no iron in the rooms had to requested at the front desk the pool was out of servive

Miguel was fantastic, very warm and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy. The rooms could use some updating and a small dresser with 3 drawers would be nice. Black out curtains would be nice as well. The shower never got hot so it was warm showers only. The little continental breakfast was just right to get your day started. Overall it was perfectly fine for the rate I paid. There was a cool fireworks display by the neighbors across the street on New Year’s Eve so that was fun.

The building looked nothing like the website.it was just a new coat of paint over an old, outdated building. There was no housekeeping service. I don’t go on vacation to do housework myself. That was fine during Covid that restriction no longer applies

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom had extra things (toothpaste and even toothbrushes). Those are the important things. Minus (did not affect my stay) - the wires for the TV cable were dangling down the wall. Furniture could use upgrading. The pool water was green...un-swimmable. I believe the pool just recently reopened, so this might be the cause.

We checked in late, but could open the room with no problem. That's good. When we arrived around 10 pm, TV was on, found that, remote is faulty and had to unplug it. Bathroom seemed newly renovated, but the shower cubicle was too shallow and leaking water to outside. Booked for 3 people but only two set of towels provided. Towels didn't seem fresh. Nobody to ask. Breakfast didn't seems to happen and form what happened so far, nothing much to look forward to, so we just left. Biggest issue, there is an emptied deep swimming pool with no barrier around it. Don't advice anyone with small children to go there. This is for the owner to improve. Hope it would be taken in positive spirit.

The room we were given was beautiful, everything was brand new and the bed was very comfortable... We did encounter a few hiccups while we were there but they fixed everything right away... It looks like the hotel has recently been bought and has new owners that are putting a lot of effort into renovations... The guy that checked us in, I think his name was Miguel but I can't remember, was really nice and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy... Whenever we come back to this area we plan on booking with this hotel again, and I will recommend it to anyone who asks...

The woman who answered the phone when I called about my arrival was very pleasant and nice that was a plus. However the room was not great. Biggest issue, roaches! We killed several throughout the night. We arrived after the office closed so we self check in so had no one to tell. They had some stuff in the bathroom like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toothbrushes,but no toothpaste or soap. Had to go buy soap to be able to wash our hands, face and body, thankfully we had toothpaste we brought.The rooms also only had venitian vertical blinds, no curtains, and our room was right by some outside bright light which shown in and kept the room bright instead of dark at night, so between the bugs and the light coming in, we didn't get much sleep at all. The shower was also very small and barely big enough for a grown adult to properly shower. For context, I am a 4'8" woman and it was cramped for me! The towels they provided were small as well, I could barely cover my boby. Also the furniture was not in the best shape and the tile floors had cracks and gauges in it. The floor and furniture I can overlook, but the fact that we had the other issues on top of that, just made us more uncomfortable.
