The staff were very nice, and the room was ok, but the hairdryer in my room did not work. It seems it was a known and ongoing issue having to do with a faulty socket, and yet the staff did not think it was a good idea to keep an extra hairdryer handy that could be plugged into a different socket in the room. I was there for 6 nights and my room was never cleaned. I had to go down to request towels. I was told to bring the dirty ones and then they would deliver clean ones. I had to go again when they weren’t delivered and carry them up myself. I emptied my own wastebasket. But they were sweet and very helpful with my heavy suitcase.
