We are Just 4 blocks from the main avenue; "Lake Ave" where most the shops, restaurants, festivals, Play House, Theatre and Art Galleries are. Lucerne Ave is the other street with more restaurants and galleries. The Publix grocery store is a 5 min walk away and we are just 6 blocks from the intracoastal and the beach is 1 mile away.
