The inn it’s at the end of a beautiful alpine valley once host to the 1960 Winter Olympics. Its location is perfect if you want to explore outdoor activities in the valley or in and around the greater Truckee and Tahoe basin. Price in the off season was excellent and the room with kitchenette was perfect for our weekend stay.

Olympic Village Inn is a little gem right next to Palisades Tahoe( walking distance). Units are spacious and clean, and the property as a whole makes you feel as if you are in a European village. Multiple hot tubs to relax after the slopes, plus a heated pool and various other activities.

Our stay was amazing! The only reason why I gave a 9/10 was because the room was hot with no A/C, but they did have fans available, and the fridge/freezer didn't work that great so some of our food spoiled. Otherwise, the hotel was a beautiful experience with a beautiful view, plus awesome staff ❤️❤️❤️
