Southwood Shores 103-3D - Gorgeous Waterfront Condo!

Light, bright and beautifully updated two bedroom two bath lake front Southwood Shores condo located off Horseshoe Bend.This unit is conveniently located a short drive to restaurants, the historic Bagnell Dam strip, shoppping, golf, mini golf, arcades, parasailing, go carts and more! When you are not out seeing the sights you will have easy access into condo with only three steps. Upon entering your eyes will be drawn straight to the inviting cove view.
The living room is complete wih a flatscreen TV, sound bar, Wifi, PS3 and board games.
Everything you would need in the kitchen is included: full sized refrigerator, microwave, range, dishwasher, blender, pots and pans down to the silverware, with extras like a coffee grinder and crockpot. Guests can dine with five at the breakfast bar and two at the bistro table. Deck has a gas grill and seating for four.
Master bedroom features a king size bed, a wall of windows and a slider to the deck, also for your entertainment a TV with Roku and DVD Player.
The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. The unit sleeps up to six guests with a queen air mattress.
Bring your boat as this comes with a 10 x 24 slip in the community dock. Complex amenities include clubhouse, indoor pool, indoor hot tubs, playground, tennis court, basketball goal, fish cleaning station, boat ramp and a swim dock, which is visible from deck of unit. What a wonderful condo! We enjoyed our stay to the fullest. The beds were super comfortable. The view was entertaining with all the geese and the swim dock right below the deck. Thank you for accommodating all our needs as we took our disabled mother and she was thrilled with only 3 steps up to the door and easy access to the deck and walk in shower.

Good location

We brought our boat and used the boat dock. We had fun sitting on the patio and watching the ducks, geese, and turtles just below us in the water. Neighbors were friendly and helped us figure out where to park our boat trailer, places to see by boat and other things to do in the area. The codo had everything we needed.

SWS Owners needing extra room

Very nice unit. We just used to sleep and shower. We own a unit at Southwood with boat and boat slip, so we did not use the boat slip. The location was great and loved the walk in unit. My first impression was the screen door. Very dirty and old. But when we opened the door, I was impressed. Thank you.

Everything was great until I found a lot of stains and holes in the master bed room cover on the bed. I could not believe that someone would put that on the bed being in such a filthy condition.

Weekend Getaway

Great place. Clean, fresh remodel, perfect location to shopping and restaurants. Easy walk to the pool which is also well maintained and a nice spot with a view of the lake. Would definitely rent again for a long weekend away.
