Stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting to check in and no one ever showed. Rang the bell, called the number as the sign stated, and still nothing. Housekeeping called two numbers to try to get someone to come to the hotel and she also had no success. This is no way to run a business. Fortunately, I was able to go to the hotel next door and immediately book a room.

Upon arrival there was no one to check us in, Staff came to work at around 3:40pm. He was not friendly. As we were putting things away there was a cockroach in the fridge, and was not cleaned well. The only internet was in the hallway. Our two children were upset. I had called two days before our check in to ask if the suite had pots, He said yes,there are two. there were none and we didn't bring any. I had ask about their breakfast, I was told it was a full breakfast. It was not, The only fruit was rotten apples, biscuits had something green on them. So we were afraid to eat anything. No coffee pot in room. When we pulled out the sofa sleeper it had crumbs, had no sheets only a mattress protector, the mattress was coils covered with fabric. We had to put the couch cushion together and sleep on them. The bathroom was dirty. At check out, I had let the Staff know that outside the door was Cheetos and ants were all over the entrance. Two hours later when we left they were still there. We will never stay there again.

Went in to have breakfast at 8 am, but hardly anything was there. There were only 1.5 sausage links, some gravy, and 3 biscuits. The waffle batter was empty, only got to make one small waffle that stuck to the waffle maker and had to dig it out in pieces, even after spraying the surfaces with oil. There were no eggs, no breads, no yogurt, no fruit. There was no food staff member. Asked the front desk staff member who was outside smoking at the time if there was more food. He went into the kitchen and brought a few more sausage links out. When asked if there were any breads or anything else, he indicated NO, their shipments have not come in. We booked this hotel because breakfast was included, but didn't get any breakfast and had to purchase outside. Very disappointed.

When we walked in we IMMEDIATELY smelled mold in the lobby. Checked in and went to our room where mold was every where. We felt it was unhealthy to even try to stay here and had to leave and find another hotel. If I could give ZERO stars to the hotel and staff I would. The front desk clerk denied a refund probably because everyone else turned and ran also.

Dirty hotel

The rooms were old, showers were dirty, lobby smelled horrible, front desk workers were just hanging out in the front smoking and drinking, I saw roaches in the cleaning cart while asking for clean towels.I don’t recommend this place

We stayed in room 207 and friends stayed in room 305 Positives: 1.Clean Pool 2.Friendly staff 3. Clean front lobby and the nice clean bleach smell had me feeling hopeful for the cleanliness but that's where it ended for us. 4. Cold AC in room 207 5. Cold in room fridge. Most hotels mini fridges suck but not this one. Was a beast. Negatives: 1. Roaches in our bathroom room #207 2. Broken Ice machine for entire stay 3. At 9 am they where out of waffle mix. A big selling point was not paying for breakfast for the entire family but we ended up eating out for our entire stay. 4. Broken office chair in room. The back to the chair was practically snapped off 5. Elevator was shut down due to "running slow" (it was back up and running following morning) staff did not put up an out of order sign on the elevator or at front desk. 6. Loose floor tiles that where lifting up when stepped on in the bathroom from water damage. 7. Our friends stayed in room 305 and there was black mold on the ceiling of the shower. Also the AC was running poorly in this room. I have LIVED in way worse and I'm not a picky person but hey I work all year long and finally get a week off and paid for this BS I expected better on my vacation.
