This 3 bedroom house is minutes from the water and down town. With enough beds to sleep 9 or 10 adults. It has a large hot tub in a private fenced in back yard. With RV parking and room for several other cars. Full kitchen. Full sized washer and dryer. High speed internet. Cable TV with fire sticks. Three TVs. Two kayaks. And a view of the lake. Note if interested there is is a one room studio apt. below the you can rent separately for $60 a night. It has its own bathroom, shower, TV, air, and queen bed.

What an amazing home! Felt so much like we belonged! Even Bella our Fur baby was comfortable! Great granddaughter keeps saying we at Papa and GiGi’s house! Lol the house was equipped with all we needed. Thank you again and we will return the next time we are coming to town.

Great spot stays cool no problem can hang out in the back were it’s gated of front stays shaded Little longer.Little long narrow of a drive way But you can park in the rocks with the boat along the street.They let you have your dogs which is a score for a lot of people that have there furry friends with them all the time like our family does. Book it you WONT be disappointed.

5-star VRBO experience in Lake Havasu!

This was my second time staying at this property…the first one being 2 years ago. Just like before…it was a 5-star VRBO experience and absolutely no complaints. Steve is very quick to respond to any questions or issues (not that there were many). Enjoyed the hot tub every evening and a couple mornings. The kitchen is well-stocked. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles and RVs or boats. Even a distant view of Lake Havasu below. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to for a stay in Lake Havasu City!

Great quiet place

Steve was super great. I had made a mistake on my booking and he was quick to respond and accommodated my last minute change. The place was nice and having the hot tub was a huge bonus for us and our kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed and even got to enjoy the kayaks. We were close enough to the lake and amenities , but out away from the busy doentown, which we loved. Would definately recommend this place to others.
