First time visiting the area, great stay!

It was our first time visiting Lake George and we had a great stay. The room was clean, it had nice decor, and we loved the outdoor fire pit and outdoor seating area. Reception staff was very friendly. Overall, great experience and price!

Our shower leaked all over the floor. The toilet was not bolted to the floor and shifted and tips if you move. Our key card access opened the door only after inserting 5-6 times. We did notify the front desk and they gave us extra towels for the floor for the shower and said the would let maintenance know.they said breakfast offered for free. Granola bar and coffee is not breakfast. Donuts or muffins would have been nice.

This hotel was great. The grounds were well maintained with three fire pits to hang out around with family for a few drinks. The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. Convenient location, walking distance to Lake George shops. Our rooms had two doors, one at the parking lot and the other a front facing balcony which was cool. Coffee was good on the morning. The only downside I would say was no breakfast included, just a complimentary breakfast bar. But the staff was super friendly and I would definitely recommend for a casual, comfortable experience.

Our bathroom was flooded. Folks above us took shower but did no close curtain. We were the benefactors of most of that water! Service was prompt but it did not change the fact that we were inconvenienced at 8-9pm for the mess that we cleaned up. I also was dripped on while using the toilet the remainer of the stay. No offer for a deduction was made and for that Im kind of disappointed. The staff member did offer to come mop up the water (and whatever dirty water accompanied that shower water that usually goes to the sewer) but we did not want the added disturbance of her coming to do this. The place was clean and housekeeping did a fine job. We prob would return again if we were given the option of a partisl discount but as I stated, we were not so …
