Refurbished motel, well maintained and clean at a very affordable price. Motel is very close to the outlets area, and easy accessible to Thruway , Rte 9 and tre 149.My room was large with King sized bed , a loveseat , small fridge and microwave and large flat screen tv. The combo locking system for room entrance was confusing and tool numerous attempts and should be upgraded in the future.

Nice location. The rooms are dated and the pool looked dirty. Cleaning staff were rude. They knocked on our door before check out time asking if we could hurry so they could start cleaning our room. They called, emailed, and approached us in our vehicle at 11:10 threatening to charge extra fees, even though all our belongings were out of the room and we were just sitting in the parking lot waiting for our disabled child to walk to the vehicle.

I can't speak on the amenities as they had just opened for the season and they weren't available for use. The room was clean and well equipped. The only thing I would have improved was access to wall outlets. The bed closest to the door had no charging options nearby.
