Our bathroom sink was clogged, toilet wouldn't stop running in the middle of the night. Two of the three TV's didn't work, the front of our microwave looked like it was never cleaned, our bed wasn't made the next day. Very disappointed, especially with the money we paid.

The table in our room was not clean...there was food dried on to it. One of the pillows looked like it had a bug that was squished on to the pillowcase. Also, one of the beds looked like it hadn't been made by the person that cleaned the room. The other bed had clearly been made or maybe no one slept in it the last time the room had been used. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful.

Quaint but satisfactory

Great location near to shopping at the outlet mall, restaurants, and near-by Lake George. Part of the inn was vintage with more renovations needed. No elevators but indoor stairs. I did not check out the indoor pool. Vintage wood patios/balconies off each well-sized room was a nice feature. The complimentary breakfast was very good and in a separate big room away from the lobby. Service/replenishment of supplies was good in the breakfast room.

Upon entering our room, there was NO toilet paper, used towel, hair all over the bathroom floor and the balcony screen was ripped to the point we could not use it for fresh air. Rugs need a good cleaning. Breakfast was good. Location is convenient to everything. Was disappointed that the hot tub was broken.
