Williams Bay Beach is about 4 minutes by car and downtown Lake Geneva about 8. Long stays are welcome.

ACCESS AND PARKING

The entire condo is yours. Self check-in with a smart lock. Free parking on the premises. A car is the best way to get around: there is no public transportation here, and Uber and Lyft are available in the area.



AREA

Lake Como is within walking distance. The Ridge Hotel's Crafted Italia restaurant is within walking distance, and Mars Resort and DJ's In The Drink on Lake Como are about 1.5 miles away. Downtown Lake Geneva is about 4 miles, roughly an 8 minute drive. Williams Bay Beach, the Geneva Lake Shore Path and Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy are about 3.5 miles away, and Big Foot Beach State Park about 6. Golfers have Geneva National (about 2 miles), Hawk's View (about 6) and Grand Geneva (about 7). In winter, The Mountain Top at Grand Geneva is less than 15 minutes away for skiing and sledding.



GOOD TO KNOW

• The condo has no washer, and the entrance is not private.

• The pool is shared with the community and open seasonally.

• An exterior security camera covers the entry, and a noise monitor is inside the condo.

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM.

• Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are installed.

• No smoking, no pets, and no parties or events.

• After you book, we'll email you an electronic rental agreement to sign. Signing it is required to finalize the booking and receive check-in instructions.

• Before check-in, guests complete our Guest Portal and choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization.
