A bright, modern two-bedroom condo in a quiet, well-kept community, ready for families, couples, girls trips or small groups. Sleeps 6 with a king bed, a queen bed and an optional air mattress. Curl up by the fireplace, cook in the full kitchen and use the community pool in season. Williams Bay Beach is about 4 minutes by car and downtown Lake Geneva about 6, with an in-unit washer and dryer for longer stays.

Fabulous stay!

Perfect secluded, yet, local spot. Walking distance to restaurants. Pool and lake were great for the family. We loved the two bedroom, two bath condo. It’s incredibly clean and a great space for family.

Wonderful accommodation for girl trip

We loved the condo. It was homey and clean. Great location. Close to downtown lake Geneva. We had a wonderful dinner at the hideaway restaurant, just a few minutes walk from the condo. The weather was hot so were were able to enjoy the pool many days. There were plenty of lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas around the pool. Thank you for a wonderful stay

A small gem right near the Lake!!!

I really enjoyed my stay as well as my family. The place was clean, well stocked and everything you needed was right there. Nick was an outstanding Host. He was also very friendly and cared about our needs. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The space was wonderful. I’ll definitely come back.

Extended wedding weekend!

We were in Lake Geneva for our niece’s wedding and wanted to add on a relaxing couple days as well. Perfect location close to the wedding venue and all the fun of the town of Lake Geneva but away from the crowds. The condo was perfect, sizable, clean, and all the comforts of home. Nick was very responsive with my questions prior to the stay. And bonus, the pool was great. So clean and big. We’ll be looking to stay again!!!

This space was great for our family, though the unit itself was much older and outdated than I expected, and the cleanliness level was not stellar. The bathroom door would not shut or loc, our first night we had a problem with hot water. I would not say that there was ample kitchen supplies for making home-cooked meals. There was a cookie sheet that we found in a closet that had seen better days. No grill available for preparing meals was a bit frustrating. No drawers for clothes in one of the bedrooms and there were only four hangers. Be aware that this is not on Lake Geneva which I knew, but I assumed it was walkable to Lake Geneva but that’s not the case. The tennis court was pretty shabby. Definitely not what I would expect for the price.

Great experience!

I took my Grandchildren for a short getaway before they went back to school. The condo was super clean and spacious and the kids spent a lot of time at the pool. Very nice neighbors! Easy commute into Williams Bay, Fontana and into downtown Lake Geneva. Only negative was no iron available. :)

They straight up cancelled our reservation. They said VRBO double booked the property. I don’t really trust the owner or VRBO. Buyer beware if you rely on either one of them.

Handy Location

Overall, this place is very nice. It's a quick drive to downtown Lake Geneva, but away from the crowds there, as well. There are some updates and fixes that need to be made, and were suggested to the rental agency. BIG: quieter, more efficient a/c in the master BR. Also, a safer step is needed getting onto the patio from the LR. The communal pool closes at 7pm, which seems very early in a tourist area, although these ARE condos, so many true owners, I'm sure. Nice grounds, and we discovered a trail across the street too late to explore. Enjoyed a meal on opposite side of Lake Como at Papa's - Irish band was sitting at a table and playing. Very cool! Suggest the walk, at least partially, around Lake Geneva. Park a few blocks from downtown area for free.

This property was smelling cigarettes. Owner put a air purifiers in every room but it did not help. Also there were a black mold in the shower. For the price I did not expect any of this. Especially I was very particular about choosing smoke free home. Very disappointed.
