ACCESS AND PARKING

The whole house is yours: every level, the deck, the outdoor dining area and the backyard. Self check-in with a smart lock and a unique code we send before arrival. The large driveway has free off-street parking for your group, and a snow plow service clears the driveway and walkways in winter. You will want a car. Milwaukee airport (MKE) is about 49 minutes away and Chicago O'Hare (ORD) about 80.



AREA

Lake Como is a 9-minute walk or 2-minute drive. The Getaway on Lake Como serves breakfast and dinner right on the water. In fall, walk the Geneva Lake Shore Path for color; in winter, Grand Geneva has skiing and snowboarding. Watch for sandhill cranes in the yard. The home is not lakefront.



GOOD TO KNOW

• Stairs: about 15 steps down, with no handrail, to the two lower-level bedrooms and the game room; 4 steps up to the upstairs bedrooms

• Sound carries: the wood floors upstairs creak and voices travel, so early risers and late sleepers will hear each other

• The backyard is open, with no fence

• An exterior security camera on the deck overlooks the driveway

• Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors

• No smoking and no pets

• Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 10:00 AM

• After booking we send a rental agreement and a Guest Portal link to complete before check-in. During booking you choose either a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit authorization
