I rent a room with a Jacuzzi tub once a month to soak my knees. The faucet was missing its chrome cover and was covered in nastiness from years of use. The bottom of the tub had a footprint and hair in it. I stayed for a few hours and just left and rented a room so.ewhere else.
Poor service, not as advertised. Pool not heated. Room dirty. Breakfast consisted of 3 sausages and runny eggs. I would not recommend this place for my dog
Very clean! Modren and rooms nice. Pool area well taken care of. clean, and nice! Staff was wonderful!!! We had been having a few unexpected this happen on our trip and when we got here the wonderful staff made us feel well taken care of and spoiled us which made our hard day better!!! The breakfast was great, and great strong coffee :). It was very quiet and relaxing outside and inside. The pricing surprised us in a good way compared to surrounding hotels so I have to say the stay was well worth it and more!!! Thank you for brightening our vacation!!!
Property was easy to get to and in a convenient location. Room was ok not exactly clean, bedside lamp only had one bulb pulled the dresser out to see if it was plugged in and behind the dresser has never been cleaned. Bathroom door lock was broken and door was arranged in a way that there was no way to stand in the bathroom and close the door without being in the way of the closing door. Bed was super hard and lumpy.

We loved the location for going to Alpine Valley. Front desk staff was efficient checking us in. The breakfast was underwhelming. It smelled kinda musty in the place, but we were happy because it was a convenient location for us.

I did not like that the pillows smelled strongly of body odor even with clean linens....just awful
Don’t stay here! It’s literally a joke! Long story short. Owners are foreigners who do not speak English and live in unit #224. They have local help at the front desk only a few hours a day! There’s a sign most of the time “Sorry, we are away!” I was unfortunately there for a week. Nobody stays at this place. The parking lot at most would have 3-8 cars with 2-3 of these being owners and/or part time help. It’s two floors with about 25 rooms per floor (~50 units). The guest are always located to the rooms on the second floor directly around the owners room #224 so the owners can easily service/monitor the guest/rooms 25/7 to make their life easier since there is no employees most of the time. The owners are flat-out inconsiderate rude & disrespectful to guest. They work out of their unit. They open and close their unit #224 door at all hours 24/7. They talk down the hall loud at their relatives and scream at their kids… all living within their unit. They start making noises before 6am and continue throughout the entire day/night until 2am everyday. There’s a utility room next to their unit which they access 24/7 to wash towels, get stuff….etc. constantly opening and closing these doors. They cook food 24/7 in their unit smelling up the entire floor and causing smoke alarms to always go off.
