This apartment is a part of the Sunset Motel located directly across from Lake Pepin in Lake City, MN. All rooms have recently been equipped with electronic locks for a seamless check-in process. Eagles view

Awesome view of the river and all the eagles! The apartment was better than expected with one hiccup locking the door, but the owners replied in minutes and were there to help in under a half hour. You will definitely see us next year!

Perfect for small family gathering!

Invited family to Lake City to celebrate a late Christmas. They have dogs and we have dogs and our dogs do not love each other as much as we love them and each other so we needed a solution to quality family time. This pet-friendly gathering place was the perfect solution! Beau sent several inquiries as to how we were getting along with offers to assist where needed. Homey living area that made for comfortable game-playing. Accommodations were spotless and check-out was the quickest and most convenient experienced!
