"The open layout and sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group of 6. Kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed using the gas grill and deck area for eating. Beds were comfortable. The highlight of this property is the boat dock, where we spent most of our time swimming/fishing and with rented kayaks, and jet skis. The hot tub was clean and enjoyable and the lawn was mowed during our visit. I would describe the carpets/chairs/furnishings as being a bit "tired." While I believe a good attempt at cleaning was accomplished since the August reviewer's comments, I'd encourage that process to continue."

"This property was outstanding! The house had everything we could have needed for our two families (kids ages 12-16). The dock was huge and the cove was perfect! It felt like we had a private cove! We rented a boat & tube for a few days which made it that much more fun for kids and adults! Fireworks were set off across from our dock- viewing was awesome! Only negative was that the AC wasn’t working on our 2nd day. Cindy was so helpful and we only had to endure one hot night (which over the July 4th weekend was impressive) before it was fixed. The house was very clean and the kitchen was extremely organized and had everything you could have needed!! The kids loved their space in the basement too! Would absolutely stay here again!"
