The staff was incredibly hospitable. Located in a neighborhood that we were unfamiliar with (and was quite dirty) just made the quick walk to the plaza less appealing.

What can we say other than, this little place was amazing! Very relaxing! The Puerto Rican people are a beautiful people! The motto is , no stress no negativity. This is so true at Turtle Bay Inn. If it’s quiet and relaxing you are looking for then this is your place!

The staff was very nice and welcoming. The only issue we had was a problem with the toilet but we were able to fix it. The breakfast was delicious and hotel location was close to shops and bioluminescence tours.
