Generally, the rooms require refurbishment. The shower rail in my room is broken, their windows are patched and dirty, and there were mosquitoes in my room. One of the staff members, Esther, is outstanding; very polite and professional. The front-line staff were generally polite and professional, but their managers or team leaders struggled to greet customers with a smile or show any warmth. They often appeared sad and were overly bossy with their approach to their junior staff. On several occasions, I was provided with stained towels and bedsheets.
