Located between Carvoeiro and Benagil, in Vale d’el Rei, Quinta del Rey offers exceptional privacy in a quiet, rural residential area with no through traffic. The centre of the popular coastal town of Carvoeiro and the Algarve’s beautiful beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. Views stretch across the picturesque countryside towards the sea in the distance.
A variety of shops and large supermarkets are also just a few minutes away by car – from premium supermarkets to discount stores such as Aldi.
The property is ideal for one or two families, as well as couples and friends travelling together. Parties and events are not permitted.

The two-storey main house and separate guest house provide a convenient layout with different areas for privacy and relaxation. The guest house is a lovely independent space, particularly for older children or family friends.
The additional children’s bedroom connects directly to the main bedroom, making the house especially convenient for families with young children. All bedrooms have their own access to terraces or balconies overlooking the garden and pool area.
Tasteful furnishings, original artwork and uplifting colours give the villa its distinctive character. Luxurious bed linen and high-quality towels add to the comfort of your stay.
Terraces, gardens and a private pool
Spacious terraces surround the villa, offering a variety of seating, lounging and dining areas. Whether you prefer breakfast in the morning sunshine, a book in the shade or dinner together under the open sky, you will find your favourite spot at any time of day.
The large built-in gas barbecue is perfect for relaxed evening meals. Plenty of sun loungers await on the spacious pool terrace, while the private pool offers a refreshing escape from the warmth of the day. Pool heating is available on request for an additional charge.
The extensive garden is a paradise for playing, exploring and strolling. Among mature trees and Mediterranean plants, you will find sunny and shaded spots where you can enjoy the peace and privacy of the estate.
Your own tennis court surrounded by nature
Surrounded by palms, pines and Mediterranean greenery, the private tennis court with its new artificial grass surface offers an exceptionally beautiful setting for your game. Enjoy tennis in complete privacy, immersed in the natural surroundings of your own private estate – whether for a relaxed morning rally or an afternoon match together.
The court also offers basketball and football facilities – ideal for active holiday days and spending time with family and friends.
Comfort in summer and winter
Quinta del Rey is a wonderful retreat at any time of year. All bedrooms have air conditioning, providing pleasant cooling in summer and comforting warmth on cooler days.
The main living room also has a large air-conditioning unit for both cooling and heating. A beautiful wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere to cosy evenings indoors.
The bathrooms have additional infrared heaters, allowing you to enjoy comfortable warmth during winter and on cooler days. The house is equally suited to sunny summer holidays and relaxing escapes during the Algarve’s quieter months.
Everything for a relaxing stay
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has direct access to the living area and to the covered dining terrace, where the large barbecue is also located – perfect for shared meals and sociable evenings outdoors.
The separate guest house also has its own kitchenette.
A laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer makes longer stays particularly convenient. Two carports and additional parking spaces on the spacious driveway provide ample room for your vehicles.
Discover the Algarve
The picturesque beaches of Benagil, Praia da Marinha and Carvoeiro are just a few minutes’ drive away. Discover the impressive cliffs and sea caves on a boat trip, by kayak or on a walk along the coast.
Golf, stand-up paddleboarding and surfing are also available nearby. Afterwards, return to your private oasis and unwind on one of the terraces as the day draws to a close.

For our sporty guests, the following sports equipment is available free of charge:

- Table tennis rackets with balls
- Basketball, soccer ball
- Pool toys
Additional pool heating service:
The pool can be heated for a fee. This fee depends on the time of year and season. Due to the high energy requirements, we offer this as an extra service to our customers. We only use the pool heating ourselves in the low season to protect the environment and avoid unnecessary energy consumption.
When the pool is heated, the pool cover must always be placed on the pool overnight after the pool has been used.
Fees per season:
- Winter: 400 EUR per week
- Spring and fall: 300 EUR per week
- Summer: 250 EUR per week

• Explore the spectacular Algarve coastline with its stunning cliffs, coves and grottos on foot or by boat. The nearest beaches are Benagil, Carvalho, Carvoeiro and Centeanes
• Spend a more active day of fun for all ages at one of the several water parks nearby
• Play a round of golf at one of the many courses in the region
• Test your racing skills at the International Autodrome
• Drive through the rolling hills and beautiful countryside to Serra de Monchique to enjoy the spectacular views and pretty town. Stop off at the natural springs at Caldas de Monchique, recommended for their therapeutic properties
• Visit the historic town of Silves with its hilltop castle and maze of cobbled streets
• Take in the spectacular coastal views from the wooden walkway between Carvoeiro’s church and Algar Seco
• Take a picnic and spend a day hiking and/or kayaking in the peaceful nature of the Fontes Recreational Park
