Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, the staff was friendly, the pool was nice but cold, and the air conditioning worked great. I froze, but my husband and kids enjoyed it! Haha. My kids loved the breakfast being served, especially the pancakes! I will say that the hotel bathrooms in our rooms need a fixture refresh and could use repainting.

The room was not cleaned very well. We found old food on the floor and a roach in the room. On multiple occasions, people were trying to get assistance from the front desk and no one was there for SEVERAL minutes. Housekeeping took our towels & wash clothes but did not replace them. When we asked for more later that evening, they were out! They gave us old towels they said were used for cleaning. And the tub looked awful! There were so many patches of silicone holding it together. We will NEVER stay there again! IHG corporate needs to inspect this place.
