Breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable There was a lot of noise. Doors slamming and dogs barking. At one point it sounded like dogs were fighting. Next time would bring some type of noise machine to drowned out the noise.

The room was HOT…we did NOT sleep well and was very uncomfortable bcuz THEY actually control the a/c. Front desk workers were polite, but won’t be staying there again! I expect to control my a/c when I’m paying for my room. Also, the a/c was making noise and the people in the next room had a dog that barked ALL NIGHT.

Great place to stay

The stay was great the staff went out of their way to insure that we were taking care of coming from a big city you don’t expect the kind of hospitality that we got in Jennings. It was awesome.

No pool access and wrong room from what we reserve

We reserved a king suite with jacuzzi, but our room had no jacuzzi. Although the room was nice, clean and comfortable, we were disappointed that our reservation wasn't correct. We were also looking forward to swimming, but the pool was closed. We enjoyed the breakfast very much. The only ice machine that was working was on the fourth floor, which was inconvenient. We wish we would have been notified about the pool being out of order and it would have been nice to get some kind of discount or something for the incorrect room reservation. The jacuzzi suite and pool were the main reasons we chose this hotel.

We booked extremely late, after midnight, and didn’t realize it booked for the wrong date, we had been driving for 14 hours and were extremely exhausted. The front desk was more than accommodating and came up with a solution to fit our needs. The breakfast was amazing, the bed and room were very clean and comfortable, and we felt safe the entire night. I cannot thank them enough for what they dos for this tired momma!

Not the best stay

Hotel is under construction and was waken at 0821 with loud banging. Elevator was broken so had to have a hotel employee run the elevator; had to call them to come get you when needed. Coffee maker was broken; found out in the am! However, the staff was super friendly and helpful!

The staff is incredible. Some of the nicest people on earth. The hotel is under construction. We were on the third floor. One of two elevators worked some of the time. Our a/c was leaking. We found a 2 inch nail right by the bed. A piece of glass was under the bed also that my daughter almost stepped on. The toilet paper holder was broken. I killed 2 spiders in our room. The only plus was the air blew cold. Again, the staff was wonderful. They should all be put up for saint hood.
