I would have rated Excellent except that I walked around the room both with socks and then barefoot and both my socks and my feet got dirty. Not sure if it was the carpeting or the bathroom tile, but the white towels on the bathroom floor didn't get dirty so I'm leaning toward the carpeting.

They had just finished renovating, and they put me on the second floor, and the stink of paint was so strong that I had to come downstairs and request to be removed. They put me on the first floor. I barely got any sleep. The person that was upstairs from me. I guess he must’ve been doing a marathon or actually more like an Iron Man because the running around, and the jumping was uncontrollable.

The breakfast attendant and front desk attendant which was multi tasking by doing front desk and breakfast was amazing, nothing ran out on the food bar, overall the entire staff were helpful and friendly, the stay was very pleasant and the rooms very clean..

My big issue was the bed height- it’s very high. I’m 5’, I couldn’t get in. I had to move the chair, climb on the chair and vault into the bed. My 6’ husband even found it uncomfortably high.

We booked this hotel at the last minute. It was quiet, clean, and easy to access. We were pleased with our stay. They offered free breakfast during the hours 6am-9am, so that was also nice.

I dont understand the high scores!

Ac was broke, front desk clerk at check in was rude, only 1 person spoke english and she was working at check out, she was also the only person that was friendly. Elevator made sounds and made jerking movements like it was going to break. Walls were dirty, carpet had holes in them. I booked 2 rooms here on a long road trip and need 2 rooms to sleep so we could continue driving and the hotel had jigh scores on hotels.com. The ratings i saw were misleading!
