If I could give 10 stars, I would! This home is so wonderful for family gatherings. We were in Louisville for my daughter's wedding. This home was ample space for my mother and Father-in law, my son, daughter-in-law and my grandson, my husband and I and his father. The home was VERY kid friendly and warm and inviting. I wish we had more time to enjoy the wonderful patio and fire pit but our time was jam packed.The hosts were communicative and responsive to my questions. We arrived and it was clean, ready and perfect. I was able to cook meals and all the kitchen items I needed were here.This home made our trip relaxing and perfect! Thanks again!

Wonderful family friendly home in great location. We could get to both Boulder and Louisville quickly. We enjoyed the kitchen which was well supplied with cooking utensils and spices. We played with the assortment of games. Wish we had more time to enjoy the outdoor space - next time! Friendly hosts that care.

Wonderful spot. The owner was very thoughtful providing s’more ingredients, sound machines in each bedroom, a nicely stocked kitchen and a very simple check out process. Well worth the nightly rate. I’d be happy to stay here again.

The house was very clean and comfortable for our intergenerational group. The grandparents stayed in the main floor bedroom. Their daughter and son-in law and 2 children (10 and 13 years old) stayed in the upstairs bedrooms. It was a great location to go to many attractions: Rocky Mountain National Park, Garden of the Gods, Lost Gulch, El Dorado Csnyon State Park, and even went to Casa Bonita in Denver. The hosts were very accomodating of our needs. We highly recommend this home.

We arrived with my 87-year-old mother and her 84 year-old partner for my daughter‘s wedding in Boulder. The house was spacious and very accommodating and the elderly folks loved the downstairs bedroom right next to the kitchen. It was very comfortable and the home was beautifully decorated. We played lots of games on the large dining room table every night. I am an avid hiker in Walker and there are walking trails right next to the house for many miles and so I would do two hour walks every morning and that was a big advantage for me. also, the large bathtub upstairs, was used by me every night and it was incredibly relaxing. In addition, the homeowner Margo was an excellent communicator and every need was met. We would be happy to stay here again as my daughter lives in Louisville. Very grateful for our experience on this property.

Great housing with 4 beds/bathrooms for 8 adults

Our favorite part was the deck. And watching the neighborhood bats come out at dusk. There is also a nice park/trail within walking distance.

Charming getaway

We enjoyed the farmhouse and all of its amenities. It was close to everything, making it easy to adventure to different parts of the Rockies. We particularly appreciated its proximity to the range, because it led us on drives along the base whenever we’d leave with a map. Margo was an excellent host, always communicating with us and keeping us in the loop. If I sent a message, she always responded quickly. Her kindness was unmatched. We would definitely use this property again if we were visiting the same part of CO! As an added bonus, a very quiet - and irregular - train comes by. But our kids were able to catch the attention of the conductor who did blow his whistle for them. For our family, this just added to the charm of it feeling like we were countryside!

Hidden Gem in Lafayette

We enjoyed our stay at this house in the Denver/Boulder area. First, it is very accessible (Breckenridge 1:45 minutes away, Boulder :20 minutes, Denver :40, Golden :20). Second, it felt secluded and quiet. Third, the house was very nice and quite affordable for the size of the property. Finally, our hosts Margot and Tim were very accommodating, helpful and nice. They wanted to make sure we felt invited and followed up to see if we needed anything a couple of times. Overall, we fell like we found a hidden gem and for the cost, this was a property worth saving for future visits.

Nice home with all the amenities you could ask for or need. Host was super helpful when we needed an extra pillow case. Overall, great home, stay and host. Would love to stay here next year on our trip but cant since we're bringing our 2 doggies. Everyone is disappointed (except the dogs maybe ).

The location of the property is great! We felt like we had no neighbors and we were close to everything we needed to be close to. The amount of bathroom space is also unbeatable! What a great house!!!

We loved our stay! This house is perfect for families traveling with kids. Games, stuffed animals, pack n plays, light blocking curtains, fans, sound machines…. Even a pantry stocked with fruit snacks and granola bars. Would definitely come back the future

Amazing House, Property, & Location!

This house is hands down the best place we have stayed at with any house rental sight. The most important part is the property listing & pictures are EXACTLY like they say in real life. The house and yard are spacious and would be perfect for large families/groups. The location is great, with plenty of options in the neighboring towns of Boulder, Lafayette, and Louisville to explore, shop, and eat. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back again!

Amazing

This house is the most amazing place I’ve stayed in! Sooo many bathrooms, and bedrooms. Lovely furniture and super soft bedding. The owner was super helpful and let us stay an extra night due to snow. I’m already considering this house for my next girls trip!
