Our family villa is located in front of Lake Lacanau near the port, in the heart of a quiet and privileged environment.
The place is ideal for families, sportsmen with direct access to the lake for swimming, paddle, canoeing, kite surfing, wind surfing.
The rental includes access to 2 tennis courts, beach volleyball and petanque courts (within walking distance - 300 m).
The cycle path to the ocean (10 km) is at the end of the street.
The village of Lacanau (bakery, shops, cafes, super U) 5 minutes away by bike.

The accommodation

The house is located on the first line facing the lake, not overlooked.
It is connected to fiber (wifi in the house), with television, DVD player.

On the first floor it comprises:

a covered terrace with a barbecue,
a living room with fully equipped open kitchen,
a bedroom with a 140 cm x190 cm bed and its private bathroom (shower, washbasin)
1 separate toilet with washbasin,
1 pantry with washing machine and small freezer.

Upstairs

a large covered terrace
two double bedrooms with 1 bed of 140x190cm
a quadruple bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80x190cm)
a bathroom (shower, washbasin)

a garage that opens onto a place to store bicycles and equipment

It is possible to park the car in the garden at the back of the house or in the adjoining square.

The house must be put in order as you found it, including cleaning or optional.
Linen is not provided.
