Location bien placée mais qui aurait besoin d'une bonne rénovation !

Location bien placée, séjour spacieux (bien qu'encombré de meubles/bibelots inutiles) et terrasse agréable qui donne sur la piste cyclable, environnement calme. Les bémols : chambres exiguës et matelas de mauvaise qualité, une mauvaise odeur d'humidité qui imprègne tous les tissus, coussins, rideaux. Cette location aurait besoin d'un bon nettoyage et d'une rénovation de la cuisine et de la salle d'eau d'un autre temps... Cuisine vieillotte et pas pratique, évier coincé entre les plaques et la machine à laver, aucun endroit pour déposer et égoutter la vaisselle. La salle d'eau pourrait également être améliorée (revoir le sol et changer le meuble vasque). Bref une location qui pourrait vraiment être agréable si elle était rénovée et qui nous semble un peu chère à la semaine compte tenu de son état actuel.

Maison qui a répondu à nos attentes : - emplacement idéal au milieu des pins à 1km à pied/bike du centre et au PIED des pistes cyclables - Idéal pour aller au lac de Lacanau pour se baigner, idéal pour aller à l'eau à l'océan, pour aller au lac du cousseau, et aux restaurants, vraiment top! - Logement spacieux et bien au calme (1 seule mitoyenneté) avec une terrasse parfaite. Nous étions 3 avec une petite fille de six ans. Même avec un enfant de plus, nous n'aurions pas manqué de place. Bon équipement électroménager. - Juste pour le détails, étant grand, un lit en 160X200 cm n'aurait pas été de trop dans la chambre même si elle est petite. En revanche, 2 Sdb est le top. Romain D
