Catalpa House: A few steps from the tennis club, this holiday rental offered by Bru et Fils Immobilier is located in a village with Mediterranean charm, recognisable by its overhanging roofs that provide a pleasant shade to the terraces. The terraced houses, of varying heights and staggered layout, have been designed to preserve everyone's privacy. Each accommodation features a terrace extended by a sandy garden or a patio. A pedestrian path traverses the entire village, with access via a parking area located at the entrance.



The situation is ideal for fully enjoying holidays in the locality, with the ocean and shops about 1.5 km away, and the lake 5 km away, offering numerous opportunities for activities and leisure.



The accommodation is arranged around a cosy living room equipped with a sofa and a television. The kitchen area, open to the living space, has a sink, a refrigerator, an electric hob, a mini-oven, a microwave, storage cupboards as well as crockery and kitchen utensils. A dining area with a table and chairs completes this space.



The main bedroom is fitted with a 140 cm double bed and storage spaces. A cupboard houses the washing machine. The wet room is equipped with a shower and a washbasin.
