Guest Access:

Check-in is fully self-service via a secure combination lock or lockbox. Detailed instructions will be sent to you by email and/or text a few days before your arrival. Please review them carefully — especially if arriving outside office hours (8am–8pm local time).



👥 Only registered guests are allowed on the property and its facilities. Additional visitors are not permitted unless they’ve paid the applicable daily user fee (per person, per day).



🎟️ You’ll receive 8 access bracelets for Domaine de la Fraternité. These are required to use club facilities (beach, pool, etc.). Children under 12 don’t need a bracelet but must be accompanied by an adult at all times. (If you lose a wristband, a $50 replacement fee will be charged.)

Travelers must be 25 years of age or older at the time of booking.



We use secure external systems to verify guest information, share welcome guides, and manage urgent communication if needed. A security deposit of up to $1,500 CAD may be required before your arrival. Access codes will be sent 24 hours before check-in.



🏞️ Club de la Pointe Access – Domaine de la Fraternité

Your stay includes access to the private Club de la Pointe, reserved exclusively for owners, guests, and tenants of the domaine. With your 8 included bracelets, you'll enjoy:

🏊‍♀️ Heated in-ground pool (open from June 24 to September 2, 10AM–6PM)

 👉 After August 21, the pool is only open weekends: August 24, 25, 31 + September 1 & 2



🚣‍♀️ Marina with kayaks, paddleboards, and pedal boats, available daily 10AM–6PM (weather permitting; lake must be at least 15°C)



🎾 2 tennis courts, volleyball, pétanque, and a gym



🧘‍♀️ Yoga classes every Saturday from 9AM–10AM, from June 8 to October 12 (weather permitting)

Pets: Please note that we only accept dogs, with a maximum of 2 per reservation. They must be added to the reservation in advance, as a pet fee applies. If a pet is brought without being declared on the reservation, an automatic penalty of $300 per animal will be charged.



Guests: Only the guests listed on the reservation are permitted to access the chalet and its facilities. No additional visitors are allowed unless they have been declared and have paid the daily guest fee (price per person / per day).
