Rooms were clean but their was no soap no tissue when we go there first night . No one checked so I had to go to the reception to ask . House cleaning should be every day not when one asks and the telephone in the room should have a reception number somewhere . As someone who has visited different destination i expected to find drinking water tea bags ,coffee for 3 people enough sugar packets . It was my first time in the hotel and will gladly visit again .my daughter loved the place she spoilt herself a lot I did too enjoy.I didn't expect to see so many activities in one place it was the best I have ever seen indoor.the climax was the children dance at the reception I loved that a lot would be back soon

Staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing I could say is I called the front desk because the hair dryer wouldn't work and they said they would send a replacement but never did. Other than that so much fun!

The room for the most part was clean however, the carpet leading into the room was ripped and stained. The front desk staff was very friendly. Some of the amenities are definitely overpriced. The magic wand was a waste of money. The people did not even explain how it really worked.

You all need to stop charging paying customers to park!!! 20 dollars a night! Then charging money that’s not supposed to be charged. What if it’s someone that didn’t expect to pay an extra 500 hundred some dollars for you all to hold!! Then all the money you all charging…. Everything should work properly. Hairdryers!!! Toilet should flush correctly! I shouldn’t have to figure out how to flush the toilet.. holding the handle down until it flush correctly!!

1. I had to ask for clean sheets for the sofa bed. 2. Coffee maker was broken. 3. I paid the parking in the check in and my son in law had to pay again to enter the parking to take out the car for check out. 4. I approved only me ans my husband in the group of 5 (with the Pmark in the band) to approve charges but there were charges done in my account without our approval- so the Pmark did not work at all.
