I chose this property based on its 9.0 rating, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that score. Although it is advertised as a smoke-free facility, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke upon entering. In addition, the neighboring guests appeared to be long-term occupants and were loud and disruptive throughout our stay. Due to these issues, we felt uncomfortable and ultimately decided to leave in the middle of the night rather than stay the full duration of our booking. The one positive aspect of our experience was the receptionist, who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful.

The rooms are clean and neat and it would have gotten a better review but they are not aware or just don't care about the LAWS surrounding actual service animals. It was unpleasant on that to say the least.. I requested a handicapped room to accommodate my wheelchair and service dog and was given a 2nd floor room in the dead center between the stairwells. They also charged me an extra $20 a night on top of the room charges for my dog. Check with the ADA. He isn't a pet.
