The staff was welcoming! I would definitely recommend this hotel, the bed was comfortable, the air conditioner was a big plus, the hotel restaurant had delicious food and there was a lot of restaurants near by since it’s on the malecon. The negative was it was a little noisy and on the smaller size however this does not take away from the other pluses and I would definitely go back again.

Over all, it was good. Even tho the elevator was being repaired and we were on the 3third floor. And no refrigerator in our room. The restaurant was excellent. Good food, friendly staff and you can dine in or out in the patio over looking the malecon and marina.

The service was excellent, and the location is truly unmatched—right in front of the Malecón, offering breathtaking sunsets. Although the elevator was out of service, I was kindly given a room on the first floor, which was greatly appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed
