Enjoy your own heated pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day at Disneyland or the beach. Pool heating is optional and available for $100 per day, requested 24 hours in advance. Heating the jacuzzi is $35 per day. The backyard also features a fire pit, gas grill, and outdoor dining area, ideal for evenings together.

The home includes two primary suites with premium memory foam mattresses and ample closet space, plus two additional bedrooms to comfortably accommodate your group. Bathrooms are stocked with plush towels, quality toiletries, and a hair dryer for a hotel-style experience.

🌞 No Lifeguard on Duty: Use the pool at your own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
🌞 Operating Hours: Pool hours are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please respect quiet hours for the neighbors.
🌞 No Diving: The pool depth is not suitable for diving. Jumping, running, or horseplay around the pool area is prohibited.
🌞 Glassware Prohibited: Please use plastic or other non-breakable items near the pool. Broken glass can cause serious injury and damage the pool.

🌞 Supervise Children: Adults must always accompany children under the age of 14 in the pool area.
🌞 Gate Must Stay Closed: For everyone’s safety, the pool gate must remain closed and locked when not in use.

🌞 No Alcohol or Intoxication: Do not use the pool if under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

🌞 Rinse Before Entering: Please shower or rinse off any sunscreen, sand, or dirt before entering the pool.
🌞 Keep Pool Area Clean: Remove personal items, trash, and toys when leaving the pool area.
🌞 Do Not Tamper with Equipment: Pool heating, pumps, or filters are managed by the host. Please do not attempt to adjust or interfere with them.

🌞 No Parties: Unauthorized gatherings or parties are not allowed.
🌞 No Loud Music: Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect our neighbors.
🌞 No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in and around the pool area.

🌞 Pool Heating: Pool heating is available for $100 for the first day and each additional day at $50. Heating for the spa is $35 per day. Please arrange in advance if you would like this service.
🌞 Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damages to the pool, equipment, or surrounding area caused during their stay.
