Mid morning staff was rude. Room smelled so awful, asked to move, 2nd room also smelled bad, but slightly better than the 1st so we figured they all must smell & didn’t want to chance with anything worse than those 2. Shower dean did not drain. Standing in ankle deep dirty water after showering is less than clean.

The good: Free parking, decent breakfast included, convenience of food, freeway access. The bad: 1st room smelled so horrible I was fighting back vomit! 2nd room still smelled bad. Outdated, bathtub wouldn’t drain so when you’re finished showering you’re standing in over ankle deep dirty water. Lastly, I want to mention the incredibly rude woman working the midmorning shift. We decided to stay another night & paid for the room via 3rd party app, upon checking in, this woman was rude, & changed the policy for the deposit telling us some bs that was entirely different from the day before upon Checkin. I explained to her & asked her to look it up. She was even more short & quite rude & said the employee did it wrong. Whatever. She’s full of it. Bad representation for the hotel.

Clean room, linen was stain free and smells freshly cleaned, bath towels were stain free and smelled freshly clean also. Had a desk, sofa with love seat was a plus. I didn’t have to eat on the bed. I lived that the nightstands had an electric outlet so I can charge my phone right there and didn’t have to hunt for an outlet. There is also a pool and spa if you’re looking for a swim or just want to wind down. I didn’t care for the breakfast items! They only served waffles, bagels, white or wheat bread, cereal, juice or coffee. I gave 3 stars because I had to pay extra to go eat out for breakfast; everything else was great.

overall was a good experience was just lacking cleanliness (room wasn’t vacuumed properly, there was still food on the floor from prior guest) and proper up to date on maintenance (bathtub wouldn’t drain properly and the first bit of water would come out brown when turned on) overall location was good and staff was nice and helpful.
