Ideal house for a family, located in the countryside but only 10 km from the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer and Longeville sur Mer.<br>It is an old renovated farmhouse of 140m2 with 3 large rooms. A living room with a fireplace, 1 bedroom on the first floor with 4 beds in 90 and a bedroom upstairs with a beautiful framework (a bed in 160). The two bedrooms communicate by an internal staircase but there is also an external staircase.<br>The kitchen has been renovated this winter. It is very well equipped - Dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave oven, washing machine, food processor.<br>The bathroom has 2 sinks and 1 bathtub with a shower panel<br>The toilets are independent.<br>Linen is provided on request. Cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant.<br>A small private garden on a large plot overlooking the fields. <br>Garden furniture and barbecue <br>Many nearby activities including:<br>The Puy du Fou at 1 hour <br>O'Fun Park (Accrobranche) and O'Gliss (Water Park) leisure parks at 6 and 8 Km

Rural retreat but only a short drive from the beach

This offered a basic level of accommodation but had a lovely feel and is a very pretty house. No TV or wifi did not matter to us as the outdoor space was lovely and 15 minute drive to two lovely beaches was perfect. Did not meet Marie Christine but Yves was lovely.
