Hacienda Arneal villas are beautiful inside and out but the amenities are not up kept at least for the time I was there. I mainly booked the villa for the amenities (fire pit, and pool) and was unable to use neither during my stay. The fire pit must had run out of propane which I feel they should make sure is full before a guest checks in. What upset me the most was when I decided to take a swim I put my leg in to feel the temperature of the pool and it felt like it was asleep, I took it out put my other leg in and it felt paralyzed. Take that foot out and touched the water and can feel electricity in the water. It must be faulty wiring going on. I told the property on Expedia what happened and said I hope they can fix it before another guest goes in and all he said was “will send someone to verify what you said”. Did not acknowledge I’ve been electrocuted by their pool or even a sorry. Rude. I wouldn’t stay here again.

El lugar pertenece a un extranjero quien no se encuentra en el país, por lo que el lugar lo manejan empleados nacionales que si tienen mejor el concepto del servicio al cliente. Con relaciòn al dueño, su trato hacia mi persona por celular, dado su inoperancia o falta del manejo del uso de las plataformas que reservan su spot, lo hizo comportarse de forma hostil y patán, aun viendo por mensajes el pago del recibo la reserva y rebajo del banco, por lo tanto no recomiendo este lugar de ninguna manera, saludos
