Construction will be complete in April 2026 and ready for your Spring or Summer visit. Enjoy what this 2 story, 8-bedroom house that sleeps 34 has to offer with 5 king beds, 5 queen beds, 6 twin bed, and 4 full beds, guests will have plenty of space to relax. Each bedroom has a private bathroom! This delightful property is perfect for large groups looking for a superb getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Enjoy the extra large kitchen and dining area that is spacious enough for your whole group and is equipped with double appliances and everything you need to cook for a large group. Features include Theater Room with seating for 22; Hot Tub; Cornhole; Firepit; and Double Decker dock with slide. This is an excellent location with calm clear water and no boat traffic that is great for swimming and relaxing as well as close to the main lake for the best watersports. The nearby marinas are Powell Valley Marina, Flat Hollow Marina, and Springs Dock Resort.
