EXCEPTIONAL ON THE ISLAND: RENTAL FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.<br><br>JULY/AUGUST: Rental by the fortnight or more exclusively.<br><br>Start your stay in Rétais by putting down your suitcases in this sumptuous high-end villa with a sweet dreamy and enchanting name: Villa Le Palmier<br>This house is one of the few on the Ile de Ré to benefit from disabled access: so really, nothing is holding you back!<br><br>Up to 3 vehicles can be parked in front of the house closed by a gate, don't forget to take your car keys back at the end of the stay because those of the bike and the lock will be of no use to you to leave...<br>Because yes, unfortunately you will have to leave this house, leave behind the 4 large bedrooms and its bathrooms, its fully equipped new kitchen... What else?its Nespresso coffee maker with its soft purr (don't forget your capsules because the house does not yet guess the tastes of each holidaymaker)<br><br>Goodbye also to the swimming pool heated to 28°C from April to September depending on the weather; you are not unaware that the island of Ré benefits from a micro climate... come and see it for yourself... little extra: the house is more or less facing south-west, so as not to take any risks do not take a total sunscreen below 60 of protection factor!
