"La Touche" is a charming 3-room terraced house of 44 m2 spread across 2 levels, welcoming a maximum capacity of 4 guests. On the ground floor, you will find a beautifully furnished living room featuring a dining nook, an open kitchen equipped with a mini-oven, 2 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a shower room and a separate WC. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, comprises 2 bedrooms, both featuring sloping ceilings that lend the space a characterful, intimate atmosphere. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length, while the second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds, each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The property includes 1 bathroom in the form of the shower room located on the ground floor. Please be aware that the bed layout is flexible and that, while more sleeping options may be available than the maximum number of guests permitted, the capacity of 4 must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
