Casa Nayita was renovated and redesigned in 2020. Owned and operated by a Canadian family, we offer vibrant boutique apartments located in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle of Riviera Nayarit. A small fishing village on the north shore of Banderas Bay, you are sure to find tranquility, beautiful views, a friendly community, and an authentic Mexican experience!

Our apartments and facilities were designed with your needs in mind. Comfortable with a bit of personality, we hope to make your stay at Casa Nayita relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment is one of 5 units in a gated and secured complex. Unit 4 is an above ground 750 sq foot 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment. Large open concept kitchen and living room areas. The unit walks out onto its own patio overlooking the pool and grounds and has views of the town.

Unit Features: 1 Queen-Size Bed, Full Kitchen, 1 Bathroom, Patio with BBQ (propane provided), A/C (main and bedroom), large storage room, linens, towels provided, and pool/beach towels provided.

Apartment has softened and purified water. Each unit is also supplied with a 20 L jug of drinking water upon your arrival. Additional water jugs on site for a fee. Shared chairs and umbrellas are available to all guests to take to the beach. Shared laundry facilities on site for small fee. Shared pool that was renovated in 2025. Shared books and games library.

Casa Nayita is within walking distance to great beaches and restaurants, as well as local markets and medical facilities.
