When I got to the room the AC was not very cold and the TV was not working told the front desk they came and fixed the TV and said AC was working. I have asthma and need circulation and it was not working. Also hot tub not working, drawer in dresser kept opening by itself. Only good thing was the lady serving breakfast she was very nice, front desk employees were not

There was a water leak in the ceiling near the dining room. clearly had been leaking a while as there is visible rust and the ceiling is caving. the floor had about a 10" diameter puddle on the floor at all times with no sign out for warning. i had extremely loud people in the room next to me which limited my sleep and the same guy would sit in the dining room each morning on his phone viewing TikToks with his volume on full. staff never said a thing. you werent even able to talk over this, people were drinking in the parking lot until 11pm directly under my window and were extremely loud. even had the stereo blasting from the truck in the parking lot. My air conditioning barley worked and the room was cool, but not cold. I requested at the front desk for them to look at it and see if we could resolve. but that never happened. I will not be back.

WARNING STAY AWAY

This is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at. The place smelled like mildew. The air conditioning unit was dripping water and I asked if I could cancel room when we got there and was told no. The room smelled like mildew and humid. We checked filters in air conditioning and those filters needed cleaning several months ago. We asked for them to be cleaned. Needs major repairs. Plug ins were wore out and needed replacing 10 years ago. The sink in bathroom was slow to drain. The shower head has seen better days. The carpeting is smelly!! DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS ABOUT HOW CLEAN THIS PLACE IS.

My accessible room was across the hall from the hotel’s laundry room. The door to the laundry room was always left open. I was awaken from a sound sleep a minimum of 4 times as the washer and/or dryer doors were “slammed” shut! Not a comfortable stay. I need to say that this behavior seems suspect if not intentional. Additionally, I asked the hotel clerk if I could possibly extend my stay one additional day. At first he said the price of the additional night would be $116.00. In his next breath he said the price would be $169.00 for an additional night. That represents a $53.00 increase. This behavior also seems suspect, if not intentional Sincerely, Connie McKeogh

Great buy for $80 per night

Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Hot breakfast - eggs, sausage, waffles, juice, etc was provided at no cost. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Bathroom sink had no stopper. Strange odor when we came into the room each time. Whirlpool jets didnt work was like sitting ina big cup of hot water. Bathroom door was splintered at the bottom. Chair and ottoman in room needed to be cleaned was dirty. I had to use a towel to sit on. Only 2 towels in the bathroom could have been 4. Stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was good and thebreakfast lady was excellent at her job. Front desk staff was useless. Told them electronic display on exercise bike not working. We were told it would be looked at. Was still not working on second day. It was raining so needed it to ride but had to do it without the digital screen and programing. Overall a pretty crummy stay except the breakfast lady. She made my day and was very helpful and cheerful. She should be the manager. Maybe things would get done then. Will not be staying there again. Would rather sleep in my car.
