Front desk call in the middle of the night

The front desk had called me at 11:15PM to notify me that I may have been double booked and to call Hotels.com immediately. Upon doing so, I had no reason to believe I was double booked. I asked about this in the morning and complained that this phone call woke up my family and left us worrying all night that it was a scam or something. They said "Yeah sorry, but I thought it looked funny. So we got no sleep, and this is what I paid for as I book a hotel, sleep!!

Stoney Creek was nice but the bathroom could be a little bigger with more counter space. The breakfast was food and it was nice that they had a full bar on their lower level with plenty of space to relax.

Sub par service - called front desk 3 times with no answer - walked down to front desk to a sign “be back soon.” Towel rack empty in pool area (8:30pm). Check in was quick however no mention of pool/bar hours anywhere nor the fact we were put in a smoking room. We wanted to be moved, but the phone calls/visit to desk went un-answered. Fire alarm went off around 915pm for a few minutes. Upstairs guests were very loud/disruptive - no answer at front desk again. Continental breakfast was great. Room was clean.
