Room was fine. Great location downtown. If the parking lot is full, you can park in the ramp next door for free. General upkeep is lacking. Light bulbs burnt out, caulk cracking, no stoppers in the drains.

Dirty rooms, empty bottles of products in the bathroom, no poo/spa anymore (half the signs covered with painters tape, dark lighting, in house restaurant closed, and no parking pass for their parking lot or parking ramp.

The phone in the room didn’t work. The WiFi didn’t work, only down by the reception area. Toilet was dirty, the shower curtain had soap scum pink on it. The area/location was perfect.

We stay in LaX often, this is the first time here. I can see why it is less expensive. You get what you pay for. Pool & workout room not open. Lobby a mess! Difficult to understand parking. Great location and close to downtown.
