The hot tub was way too hot in the Jets barely worked. And they don’t tell you that they will require $100 deposit that takes forever to get back. Definitely wouldn’t recommend our future reference Stoney Creek is way better. Employees were walking up and down the halls yelling early in the morning sound like the Middle East

Nice room, great bed and pillows. My understanding was that I had a room with a walk in shower, room had a tub and was on the third floor. I have limited mobility so I was disappointed. Tried to cancel second night in advance by calling the hotel, referred to Expedia involved process ran 1/2 hour past deadline NOT Happy!

Checked in. Got my key and went to my room and the room was occupied. Luckily the person wasn’t in the room, but the bed was messy and the suitcase was in the room. They fixed it, but could have been worse! The rest was good.

I stayed here for about a week and it saved me a lot of money compared to staying at other hotels in the area. The place is older than other places I’ve stayed at and had an old building smell I didn’t enjoy, but it was generally clean inside. My room was huge and spacious and I really liked that. The staff that I interacted with were all so polite and sweet. They were helpful and courteous and would be the main reason for me coming back if I ever needed to. Overall, an enjoyable experience and good value for your money.

Walked in and immediately felt something was off. There was an overpowering smell of cleaning agents that permeated the air. Clearly there is some type of issue with the facility that they are trying to mask.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean. We would reccomand it as a 10. We were welcomed by a fine gentlemen; he explained to us about what was there at the motel without us having to ask questions.
